Product introduction:

Eccentric hemispherical valve is a common spherical valve where the contact between the hemispherical disc and the valve seat is different from that of a through hemispherical valve or a rotary ball valve. In eccentric hemispherical valves, the centerline of the hemispherical valve disc is not located on the centerline of the valve seat, thus achieving precise adjustment and control.


Eccentric hemispherical valve is a valve product widely used in Europe and America in recent years. It drives the eccentric hemisphere to rotate by rotating the worm gear (or electric) mechanism, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the valve. Low flow resistance, reliable sealing, and stable performance. Widely used in municipal sewage treatment, water supply, and other fluid control systems.

Product features:

 

1. The water loss is zero. Adopting an eccentric structure, after the valve is opened, the flow channel is completely unobstructed and the head loss is zero. Can save a lot of energy.
2. Reliable sealing method. The soft sealing structure has self sealing performance, while the hard sealing structure has elastic compensation performance.
3. Wear resistance and long service life. After the ball valve is opened, the crown is offset inside the valve body and is not directly flushed by the medium.
